1. In 2009 I invented a machine that can cure cancer by making other anti-cancer drugs work better; and,
    

2. Despite: proof-of-concept; laboratory experiments; and, FDA-approved anti-cancer drugs, money is still owed to manufacture the standard machine to give to the doctors to do the drug activation surgery with, that machine is an invention in the truest of senses; and,
    

3. There are no manufacturers for it on the planet Earth because there are no factories for it, it's new. You want one perfected model to make >250,000 perfect models with, for: ever and everyone; and, that​ requires the Canadian and U.S. Governments to both pay Innovative Potential directly via grant monies or other payment mechanisms for patented product(s) development, in a timely fashion, that they each have legally issued monopolies for, specific to the issued patent(s); sparingly: you can pay me, too, but this is an issue that they are both responsible for legally because there are deaths involved, and lots of them; and,
    

4. As a direct result of continued and sustained Government failure from both Canada and the United States of America: five-and-a-half (5.5) million people have died of cancer as a direct result within 2017-2025 in Canada and the United States of America because of systemic policy failures and incompetent: staff, administration, and elected officials; with, ten (10) million more individuals predicted to die from cancer until the patents's expiry in the year 2038 (see figures below); and,
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

5. On July 21, 2025: both the Prime Minister of Canada and the President of the United States, plus several publicly elected representatives, were all formally informed via their public emails of the situation as a legally defined passive genocide*, recognizing the failures of their: government's bureaucracy, elected officials, and governing policies as the sources of the cause of deaths, and not the disease: cancer, itself; and,
    

6. All of that, 1-5, is just for cancer. There are still the applicable antimicrobial pharmaceuticals that contribute an additional 4.95 million associated deaths per year, globally, that this technology directly applies to [1]; that is an extra 40,400 people per year dying without Innovative Potential in Canada and the United States, that's 728,400 per year, or 21,852,000 attributable deaths from 2009-2039; and,
    

7. Pharmaceuticals are just one class of molecules that the underlying patented technology is applicable to, hence: there are the relevant pesticides, fertilizers, processes, and techniques that are requiring to be serviced to service and save people worldwide, but are currently, and since 2009: are not.

*NB: A passive genocide is a situation wherein, a lack of government: action, response, funding, and or programming directly results in a large number of widespread and recurring deaths. Passive genocides can be more systemic and pervasive than the more publicized active ones; e.g.: a government withholding antibiotics, or food, from its citizenry directly causing the deaths of its citizens is a type of passive genocide.

To quantify this idea: this situation is now exceeding the scale of the Holocaust, in terms of people who have died; and, is twice (2x) the daily number of people who die in the Ukraine war, completely localized entirely within Canada and the United States of America.

These failures actually represent something that is not acceptable, or comprehensible, of any modern state, nation, country, company, person, and or other entity. These failures are so publicly catastrophic and against the essential-to-life principles of self-preservation and self-interest that the sense of mortal and immortal self-preservation is dangerously absent across the populace strata.

This website is used in multiple functions for multiple purposes for multiple and different audiences for the purposes of: forcing other's attention to the lethal deficits plaguing their: financial and grant systems, university and institutional infrastructures, their policies, and their abhorrent policy makers.
