The situation is two-fold:

 

1. We invented a machine that can cure cancer by making other anti-cancer drugs work better; and,

2. Despite, proof-of-concept, laboratory experiments, and FDA-approved anti-cancer drugs, we need money to manufacture the machine to give to the doctors to do the drug activation surgery. The machine is an invention. There are no manufacturers on the planet Earth because there are no factories. Your doctors cannot buy it from anyone, anywhere.
